Declared CSI Kattrapally Mission as the new mission field

The Most. Rev. Thomas K. Oommen (Moderator of CSI & Bishop in CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese) declared CSI Katrapally Mission as the new mission field of CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese on 22nd September, 2017 The meeting was blessed by the Rt. Rev. Dr. K. Reuben Mark (Bishop of CSI Karimnagar Diocese) in the presence of Rev. Dr. Sabu K. Cherian (Treasurer, CSI MKD), Rev. Jacob George (Director, CSI MKD Mission Board), Rev. Dr. P. Babu Rao (Vice-Chairman, CSI KD), Dr. Ashok Alex (Treasurer, CSI Telangana Mission), Mr. Moncy Peter (Secretary, CSI Telangana Mission), Rev. Shalu T. Mathew (Missionary-in-charge, CSI Parkal Mission), Rev. Anil thomas (Missionary-in-charge, CSI Telangana Mission), Sr. Anna John (Mother-in-charge, Bethel, Home of Love) and the faith community from CSI Parkal, Telangana & Katrapally Missions.

The believers received the Moderator and the Delegates from Katrapally Junction with garlands, Music Band (Sr. Edith Neeve Memorial High School, Ganghinagar) and Kolattom with procession to Mission Compound. The Moderator Blessed and Declared the new mission in the name of Triune God and lit the light. Bishop Reuben Mark delivered the chief message and released the LOGO of Mission. The Moderator was Felicitated by all the villages from the 3 mission fields, Schools, sunday schools, children’s clubs and local leasers of the village. The Moderator Blessed the stones for Chinnakodapaka Church and Koppula Mission House. The Treasurer and Mission Board Director released the E-News Letter of the Mission. The Bishops unveiled the tablets and dedicated the Aradhana Open Air Chapel built in memory of the Pioneer Missionaries Rev. K.E. Eapen, Rev. T.M. Thomas and Rev. T.S. Joseph (Later Bishop) who stayed on this place with their families. The Moderator felicitated Dr. K. J. Thomas (Lay Missionary) who completed 50 years of missionary journey in Parkal. The cultural programs of the school children made colorful to the program.
