Dedication ceremony of Kanamala mission centre

A new spring sprouts forth out of Malayora mission, a concern of CSI Madhya Kerala diocese, has been active in its tenure in evangelising the ‘Malayoram’ (means Hilly) areas of Kerala state. Its mission had been progressing at Kanamala, a shore line of river Pamba, for the past three years. As a result of our endeavor, a congregation of around fifteen families is serving our Lord till date. By the grace of God and with the help of many well-wishers from and abroad India, a mission centre for the All Saints CSI congregation at Kanamala was built at Erathuapuzha near Erumeli. The dedication of Kanamala mission centre was conducted on 25 th  of June 2017 by the CSI Moderator and Bishop of CSI Madhya Kerala diocese, Most. Rev. Thomas K. Oommen. Kanamala Mission Centre, with its unique construction, can be considered as the first of its kind as a multipurpose church. While its interior suits for a church, the alfresco and doorway is designed for effecting the societal purpose of the church which includes spoken English classes, moral classes, computer training and tailoring training for the general public.
